EMBO Workshop

Chromatin structure, organization
and dynamics

12 - 16 September | 2020 | Prague | Czech Republic

Due to the Coronavirus Sars-CoV-2, it was impossible to organize the EMBO workshop „Chromatin Structure, Organization and Dynamics“ in this year 2020. Importantly, the EMBO agreed to change the organizing of the EMBO workshop for 2021. The new 2021 EMBO workshop „Chromatin Structure, Organization and Dynamics“ will be held from Sunday, August 29 till Thursday, September 2, in Prague.

The webpages of the new 2021 EMBO workshop will be ready from July, 2020.

With best regards, Ivan Raška

Public Transport in Prague in general

Prague provides an extensive network of buses and trams and three lines A, B, and C of underground transport.

Short-term ticket (bus/tram/underground) costs:

Tickets can be bought in most underground stations at a ticket counter, from ticket machines, at most of the tobacco/newspaper shops or inside every tram (only by contactless credit/debit card). Tickets are not available from the driver except for buses (these tickets are slightly more expensive).
Please, always remember to validate (stamp) your ticket (in a yellow machine with a green arrow) when first entering the underground, bus, or tram. There is an exception with the ticket bought in a tram. This ticket should not be validated in the yellow machine with a green arrow. You should not validate your ticket again when making subsequent transfers.
